A few months ago I had foot surgery. As I worked on my foot recovery, I found that I sometimes have pain or cramps in parts of the foot that I can stretch to relieve discomfort. That's why I bought this video. It's not the most comfortable feeling on my foot, but it definitely helps with some of those sore spots. The plastic is a lot harder than I expected. (I think I was expecting slightly softer or firmer foam.) I've also unintentionally kicked it across the room a few times trying to get on my toes or heels! I've also had plantar fasciitis in the past and can definitely see how this can help with this type of pain. Overall this is excellent value for money.
