What I don't like: Must use a USB-C adapter and I'd prefer an adapter with a few inches of cord (I use my laptop a lot, literally, I have it on my lap and if a hard accessory is plugged into the mains you'll be in trouble.I bought this one but the price was right.All I really care about is if it reads my SONY TOUGH SD cards - YES, it does it reads/writes fast? YES. According to the BlackMagic Drive Speed Test on my 2017 MacBook Pro, it reads raw files from the card at around 260MB/s and writes at around 160MB/s, many times faster than a standard SD card card and USB reader I don't know why I waited so long to buy a proper reader for my fast cards and data, I recommend Sony Tough UHS-II SD cards and a UHS II comp atible reader like this!
