I have only used it a few times. Cleans and removes make-up (except mascara) at the same time. I think my face was bruised from using an oil based makeup remover cleanser with coconut oil. Even though I washed my face after using the oily cleanser, I still had breakouts. I have used the Tula cleaner 3 times and it cleans slowly. As for the amount of product for the money I think it's great. I can use 1 1/2 pumps for the entire face/jaw line. It doesn't really lather, but my face feels clean but not dry. I have oily, sensitive combination skin.
