Charger works like Samsung

I used this charger with my Note 8. I compared the estimated charge time with this charger to Samsung and the estimated charge time was almost the same. My Note 8 was 22% charged and should be fully charged in about 1 hour 24 minutes. I plugged it in and it was full when I came back about 1 hour and 30 minutes later. I would like to be more specific in my test, but I assume it was completed in 1 hour and 24 minutes.
