This shirt in size large, fits my 6’, slim 150LB husband perfectly. Even the arms are long enough for him (he has long arms). The fabric is really soft. It’s 100% cotton & feels a bit lighter than a chamois shirt & heavier than a flannel. It is a warm shirt that he can wear a t-shirt under if it’s really cold.It went thru the wash fine – did not seem to shrink. It was a little wrinkly out of the drier but not enough to require an iron (this is a casual shirt so doesn’t need to have a pressed look). I just spritzed with a little water in the wrinkly areas, smoothed with my hands & hung it to dry.
