Great for gluing intricate paper designs, but not ideal

I love paper crafts and use a lot of metal dies to cut shapes out of paper. They are getting more and more complicated, so it is difficult to glue them to the surface. These glue sticks are near perfect. They work like a ballpoint pen but have glue (blue but turns transparent) and no ink oozing out of them. This fine tip and ballpoint style ensure you get just the right amount of glue without smudging everything. However, it dries quickly. So if your subject is very detailed, you might want to go back to the areas that were dry before gluing. * Under the cap is a (removable) plastic tip that covers the ballpoint pen. Leave it! Put it back on the ballpoint pen before putting the larger cap back on the glue stick. So much glue on the fine tip will dry out (or the glue will clog the fine tip) - this trick will make your hot glue stick work as long as there is glue. This is the cheapest fine tip glue stick I've found and it works pretty well. I definitely recommend it! Best of all - multi-packaging so you don't suddenly run out (and be unlucky). No one wants to order more and stop the project when your mojo is flowing!

These pens work very well, especially for foiling, instead of using a laminator.
