Good if you are on a budget
This raincoat is great if you are on a budget. It flatters and keeps you dry. The lining is a little itchy when wearing short sleeves, but not much. The hood is a little flat and will fall off if not tightened. The brim comes down to my hairline so my face doesn't dry out in the rain.
