My left ankle has been very uncomfortable for over 2 weeks. I think the pain was coming back from a sprain 2-3 months ago. I hate putting arthritis cream on every day so I want to try a different solution. I looked at many other types of ankle braces and selected these to test. Luckily this design works for me after wearing it for about 6 hours. Although I have to switch legs when I'm standing and how I'm standing. I also watched closely how I stood and walked and observed how this brace worked. I think the adjustable part is the best of all. It nestles comfortably around my ankle. Now I feel no pain.
