This product is great and so is the seller. I received my package and the detergent ran out, but I contacted them and they got back to me right away to replace the detergent I lost in my kit. And it was very nice to know that they made sure to replace the missing part of my kit. As for the wax, I really like the satin smooth, it's very easy to apply and it doesn't hurt too much when you remove it which is nice. I'm a beautician so I have a lot of waxing experience so this was very easy for me but I imagine it would be a little messy for someone who has never waxed before. The wax remover is great too, my cat used to paw at the wax (like a pacifier) and the wax remover helped me get it out of my paws very quickly and easily. This is a great product and good people are selling it.
