Everything installed correctly, instructions followed and all cables connected. The adapter is not powered, does not light up even when the battery is fully charged. I'll update my review when this gets fixed, but there's not much to debug when there's no power flowing through the device (no green light slowly blinking to indicate power status). Edit: After debugging, it turns out that the battery connector pins are damaged and not allowing current to flow from the battery. The replacement costs $50. I received a used/refurbished model from Amazon so I hope my horrible experience is a lesson not to buy this used product, don't trust the Amazon refurbished mark of quality.
