When I bought the cameras I spent a lot of time installing them in my house and near my buildings. I ran into an issue where the system was not working. I contacted the company and received an email immediately. Technical support continued to communicate with me to resolve the issue. The problem could not be fixed and they sent me a completely new system in less than two days. Once I received the new system, tech support continued to communicate with me to make sure everything was working properly and I wasn't having any more issues. For me it was very important. Too many times we've been confronted with automata and long answers, but not this time. The quality and setup of the system was very easy and delivered excellent image quality.
