I'm so glad I finally found the BEST lip balm. I have suffered from chapped lips for a number of years. I was recently diagnosed with periorificial dermatitis. Simply put, it is a rash around the openings in the face (mouth, nose and eyes). I had a perfectly formed ring of dry skin around my mouth/chin. I have the same dry skin around the side creases of my nose and tiny blisters that look like pimples around my eyes. Getting rid of dermatitis requires a lifestyle change: avoid products with sulfates (especially SLS), parabens, fluoride (in toothpaste), oils and beeswax. My God, do you know that these things are in EVERYTHING. Before I was diagnosed I had tried ALL lip balms. aquaphor. blister. Burt's Bees. Nivea. EOS. None of them worked and I think they just made things worse. This is the first beeswax free lipstick I have ever seen. After 24 hours, my lips immediately felt relieved. As an added bonus, I also love all 3 flavors. I think my favorite might be lemon lime. I also love textures. Oil-based lipsticks (Aquaphor and Vaseline) do not absorb. I will order more. They fully justify their price. Your lips deserve it!
