I tried it on a dark spot on my forearm as I won't be masking it with any more makeup. I am very impressed. Despite being a very light color, it suits my medium skin tone perfectly. Plus, it still works hours after I've applied it. There is no conspicuous dark spot. It feels light and not greasy. I tried it on my face and then applied my own base makeup. Not translucent, well hidden 2 age spots. Update 12/28/19: My first rating was 5 stars. Excellent coverage, doesn't weigh skin down etc. Good. Today I wanted to apply makeup and this product had a serious packaging error. The silver ring around the neck of the bottle had come loose. Thank goodness I opened it over my vanity and not over my clothes as it could have been a nightmare. Whatever glue was used to attach the piece of silver to the top of the bottle that the screw cap came with, it just came loose in my hand. I'm so thankful I didn't carry a light and opened it through the counter or there could have been disaster. So far I have really liked the product. I could use some kind of glue to attach the end to the bottle but why would I? Not stored or exposed to high temperatures. It's been in my master bathroom since I got it. I'm confused. would order again.
