Revainrating 5 out of 5

Michigan State Police Verified

I have tested the device with the Michigan State Police, disabled all K and Laser bands and enabled all KA bands as preferred by state and other local authorities. The radar would go straight into passing cars out of range on the freeway, and I would drive into the radar to simulate a speed trap. I picked up my first SC signal through the trees about a mile from the cruiser, the cruiser was not in sight yet. As I approached the weapon, the radar detector behaved as expected, with the force gauge slowing down until it finally reached its maximum. when the gun pinged me. The course indicator picked up exactly where the source or radar was coming from, first in front of me, then changing as I passed the cruiser behind me. I thought that the radar detector was well prepared for the upcoming test, on the next test the cruiser will remain in the same position, but I will leave because of that. in sight and about 1/4 mile when i got my first chirp it still worked fine as the chirp came almost immediately when i saw the cruiser. As I passed the squad car, the directional indicator changed again, and I noticed that Detectoring didn't see the KA as long as it was pointing forward when the turret was pointed directly at it. All in all you can rely on it and the app is great too. Bluetooth and GPS functionality is what drew me to this metal detector specifically for motorcycle use.
