Review on Genesis Advantage by Cameron Reed

I like that it's easy to use with all of my favorite programs already installed (iPad & Mac). The only thing I dislike about this program is how some functions do not work well when using an iPad or iPhone as your device. It also does take quite awhile to load sometimes making you lose track of what you're doing. This has been helpful in managing our store sales better by keeping us updated on each transaction we make. I like that you can quickly get to your point of purchase (PO) without having to go through multiple steps. It's easy to use! There are some things that could be improved but nothing too major. We've been able to have our sales reps follow up with customers in real time and answer questions or assist them in their orders. This has helped us increase our customer service numbers by leaps and bounds.
