Great way improve Customer Service: Awaiting

With Awaiting you can see what your waiting room is doing at any given time. You can also see who is using the system from different locations. It's easy to use and it helps me keep my employees informed about how many people are waiting at each location. I haven't yet found anything that I don't like. We've been able to get everyone up to speed quickly and easily with Awaiting. It has given us the ability to keep track of our customers and their visits. It has helped us to ensure that our…

Awesome Way To Tracking Your Business In Real Time

With Awaiting I can see who is present in my store without me having anyone walk through the door. As soon as someone comes into our store, they are tagged. We also have live feeds of all the employees walking around so we know everyone's status. Since it was launched over a year ago there has not been any issues that would keep us from using this software again! Overall - very happy with this service and plan!

I love that it is able to capture all of my customer information so easily. It's super easy to use as well. There are many options you have when setting up your account which makes things less complicated. You don't always receive an email confirmation after creating a new user but then again you may get notified if there was something wrong. So just be sure to check both. It's not quite perfect yet.
