Review on Awaiting by Steven Loy

With Awaiting I can see who is present in my store without me having anyone walk through the door. As soon as someone comes into our store, they are tagged. We also have live feeds of all the employees walking around so we know everyone's status. Since it was launched over a year ago there has not been any issues that would keep us from using this software again! It could help solve employee retention problems by providing an easy system to make sure workers don't get sick too often. It's an easy tool to use and it allows me to get my orders out quickly. I have issues with it sometimes freezing up, which makes it hard to respond. But when it works, it works well! If you are looking for a fast way to get your orders out, this is a great tool. I am able to communicate with customers easily and I can add notes to them as well.
