The redemption of the prepaid card was a joke.
The redemption process for a prepaid subscription card was a joke. The app was useless and the website was poorly designed. I finally figured it out, but I had to enter a credit card even though a 3 month subscription had already been purchased. I really like the camera but if this subscription process doesn't improve they will go straight into the bin.
