Wyze Cam Plus Subscription - 3 Months Review

When I received the item and scratched the back for the code it didn't work so I tried 3 times although the app kept saying invalid so I got it I just threw it away, I just know I won't be ordering it again.

The 90-day card was delivered AFTER the camera; Despite several attempts, I was never able to match the trial version to the camera I bought, so I don't think this is an effective addition to the purchase.

I LOVE these cameras but don't buy a 3 month prepaid card! I bought 5 and their website only recognized one. I spent 2 hours setting up and running these 5 subscriptions to enable "communication: with their online representative, all to no avail. Eventually I gave up. I'll just eat the other 4 cards. The redemption process for a prepaid subscription card was a joke. The app was useless and the website was poorly designed. I finally figured it out, but I had to enter a credit card even though a 3 month subscription had already been purchased. I really like the camera but if this subscription process doesn't improve they will go straight into the bin.

This is a 3 month gift card for AI services but can't be used by itself. I wanted to try the services for three months before signing up, but apparently I have to sign up first and this card is a top-up only. Nowhere in the bummer is it clear that this was the case. I had to call Wise. Don't fall for it. Do not buy.

I bought this subscription together with the camera, the code never worked so I'm ordering a replacement. I never received a replacement card. I've requested a refund and they want me to return something I never received. Just buy the upgrade through the app, not worth it. Oh, and there's no way to contact the seller to let them know you had a problem after your first complaint.

I followed the instructions on the card how to use it. The instructions don't work. When I raised the camera, I still had to enter a credit card. I called Wyze support to ask why this card failed and they said it did and I got 3 months free. I get my credit card statement and I've been charged $1.99 per month. This card will only increase your cost, don't buy it.

***change*** You can only apply this to the camera after the free trial has fully expired. It was not possible to add it when (every day) a message came about about the end of the free trial. We spent a day with no service until it worked again. I would not use any of these cards again. Huge hassle with no clear way to contact support for help. With my camera. I have to give them my credit card (or PayPal) to set it up. I installed the camera with a 14-day free trial. Prepaid credit does not…
