I bought this subscription together with the camera, the code never worked so I'm ordering a replacement. I never received a replacement card. I've requested a refund and they want me to return something I never received. Just buy the upgrade through the app, not worth it. Oh, and there's no way to contact the seller to let them know you had a problem after your first complaint.
