Review on Recrooit by Damien Krzywicki

I like that it allows me to share my personal resume with all of these companies at once, instead having them contact one person per firm in order make an introduction or hire from there! The process is cumbersome - multiple emails are required between each recruiter/recruiting team member before you actually get any responses back (or even hear anything). This can take anywhere up until 1 month after applying if your profile isn't already well known within this community by other recruiters who have "built relationships" via referrals etc.. As mentioned above though; not sure what else could be done here as its just too slow going through so many different groups when trying new roles / locations? Give it try but only do small amounts initially because some firms don’t respond quickly which makes getting more work out quicker difficult than usual unless they've built rapport first anyway.
