Review on 🔌 TP-Link Archer A20: Advanced AC4000 Smart WiFi Router with MU-MIMO, VPN Server, and Antivirus/Parental Control by Mark Tarnowski

I don't recall ever feeling the need to give a one star review. I tend to either give five stars or not leave a review but I have never had such a terrible experience with this expensive item. This router broke 33 days after original purchase, Revain did not replace it as it broke after 30 days. It took 4 days to finally get a return authorization from the manufacturer and then 3 weeks to get our replacement router under warranty. Less than two weeks later, a new router arrived, which broke again. It's hooked up to a surge protector and I've never had any problems with routers in the past. Revain support was only able to help when it came to installation. I do not recommend this product and will now return to Netgear.
