The best part about this software is that it allows you to manage all of these tasks in one place, which makes life easier! They have been very helpful when we needed help with our website issues or questions regarding their services as well!! I wish there were more options available within ride shark so they could offer additional features but other than those few things everything has worked out really great. If anyone wants an easy way/solution then definitely use them. ! There are no downsides at least not yet from my experience using RS since 2016 until now (2019). Managing online reservations through ridesharing sites like RIDE SHARK can be quite difficult especially if multiple people need transportation around certain times during day-to time periods such as peak hours vs offpeak hrs etc.. This program helps us track who's picking up whom where via GPS tracking system by giving alerts whenever someone enters into range area near each others location allowing quick communication between drivers without having physical contact while driving together.
