I like that they are able to connect me directly with other professionals in my network, which is very helpful for my business! They also have an easy-to-use dashboard where you can see all of your data from each project. The only thing I dislike about them is that sometimes it takes them quite some time to get back to me when we're working together. That's not really their fault though - more so our own communication issues. So far everything has gone smoothly and there haven't been any major downsides. It would be great if their team could work faster, but overall I'm satisfied with what I've experienced so far. We were looking at different marketing agencies who specialize in networking and building relationships between businesses and potential clients. Brand Refer was recommended by one of the people whom I knew through another agency.
