The support and customer service is very good. It is a great product and is very easy to use. It is very good for small businesses. It is easy to use. I have not found anything I dislike. I have been working with Extensys for over a year now and have found them to be very professional and helpful. They take time to explain things and always try to find a way to make things work. I have recommended Extensys to several people and have no complaints from them. We use Extensys for our email and a few of our internal applications.
