False advertising. It is in no way waterproof. Definitely not IP68. I took this in a car to a country house in southern Mexico - a dusty desert town by the sea. I WASHED my car twice with no water on the lightstrip and it's kinda full of water. Obviously I can't return it due to timing of coming back to the States but am so disappointed in their product and lack of quality or proper promotion. It has a "QA Passed" sticker on it, which is clearly not true. It hasn't been covered with water in any way to test how well it handles water splashes. There is also no customer support. I emailed them and received no response. In my browser on my phone, "Contact Us" at the bottom of their website is just text, not a link to actually contact them.
