Don't listen to these guys

, who says it sucks? I won't name names but I'm talking about ONE MAN who talks lewdly these and brainwavz XL earpads. yes they cost more than headphones, yes i got the idea from zeos. But I also have an HD600, an Ananda, a DT1990, and a specially modified Basscannon DT990, and I'm listening to this pair of $25 headphones with $28 earbuds. It really punches above its weight and is a permanent addition to my collection due to its amazing bass, phone controlled closed back and with the XL padz a more comfortable weight and smarter feel. Seriously, don't be fooled, they have a real soundstage, really detailed highs and decent mid-range resolution. No the resolution isn't great, no picture isn't great, FFS is like a bleeder but damn it's not fatiguing, and although the bass quality is a bit to blame and no it can't compete with planar damping. It really is a 7/10 overall quality and deep bass punch and with the boosted frequency response and easy bass noise I can give it a fair 9/10. Right now you think this guy is joking but if we can name the top notch Senna headphones for 1 trick voice then they work due to non-audio factors and much more useful for gaming. is moving. and for broader music genres are more useful for the $50 invested in XL pads. If you have them but no pads, you can take Revain and offer free return shipping. I have over $2000 headphones including a $500 portable amp and I can't get them out let alone risk rain (hey) but I'll wholeheartedly go with these bad boys, knowing that I can afford a lot more. I might bring my DT1990s just to get some exercise If you've got them why not show them off but heck with the money these are a solid 10/10 and probably the best value headphones around I've ever had and it's as crazy for me to say this as it is for you to read it. Curse.

Pros
  • The 50mm drivers are 25% larger than most headphone drivers, helping them reproduce a solid frequency response from 15Hz to 25kHz with deep and rich bass, clear and sparkling highs and punchy vocals.
Cons
  • Dear
