It's very easy, I mean really! The tool itself has helped me keep up my communication in real-time (it helps you schedule your meetings).
And at this moment we are not able solve some issues that may arise when using such tools like lack notifications about other users etc., otherwise great product from team behind replyfy as well its development process - amazing support by them all around!! Best decision was made while working together during our project launch event :) I like that you are able t pick which type (inbound, outboud) works best in your business model because some people may prefer one over another! It's very easy-to use once set up correctly - just needs more features/functionality at this stage as compared when we started using them. We have been really happy since switching from Hubspot & Salesforce CRM systems into replyifiy!!
