Perfect for a home workout bench in limited space.
This bench couldn't be more perfect: lightweight but sturdy, and great for tight spaces. I leave it out in position and just need to slide if toward me a few inches to use, but it folds easily to put away when needed. It has many positions to choose from, including fully flat. I can do a load of different exercises with it, and I really WANT to do them because the bench is so easy to access.
