Based on my observations, this dress is a great choice for any occasion .The blue star design is fun and playful, perfect for a birthday party or pageant. The dress is also comfortable and moves well, making it perfect for active children. My only con would be that the sizing runs a bit small. Overall a great purchase for any fashion-forward little girl!
