Performs its functions, nothing unusual.

The application itself has the most vexing flaw; I'm on Mac OS 12.1, and I have an iMac 2022. The installation for the Logi options application will not execute in any manner, shape, or form. In point of fact, I am unable to alter the mouse's settings. Since the website does not offer any form of support, it has not been possible to locate a solution to the issue as of yet. I have some faith that the application will still be able to be installed once a number of updates have been released, but this most certainly does not earn the product any additional stars: / The mouse itself is functional, and the iMac can detect it using bluetooth; however, the side buttons are inoperable. With regard to the ease of use. I also use the Windows remote desktop on a poppy, and the main reason I bought a mouse was because it has physical right and left buttons. This is because when I used a magic mouse, I frequently found myself missing the "right button." Now that it has actual buttons, it is a great deal easier to use. Concerning the side scroll wheel, there are two variations: in the first, it does not have any inertia, so you can scroll as far as the width of your thumb will allow in a single motion. In the second, however, because it is recessed into a small recess, you need to apply more pressure to it. When compared to the magic mouse, the side scrolling on this mouse is less effective. In regards to slippage, I use a Logitech G840 fabric mat on it, and my mouse rides on it like a stack of cards would on a bar counter. It is possible to slip 40-50 centimeters from a crack. Due to the fact that it is unable to regulate the speed at which the mouse pointer moves across the screen, this is both a benefit and a drawback; nonetheless, at this point, I have practically become accustomed to it. The Apple mouse slides around on this carpet; with each click, it only moves between 5 and 10 centimeters at most.

Pros
  • Easy to use, and has a long battery life. May continue to work while being charged (unlike magic mouse)
Cons
  • The installation application does not launch, and the setup program does not function properly. The side wheel does not have inertial momentum,
