The switch feels solid and the design is great! If this was the only thing I bought from Nilight I would give it a full 5 stars. However, given my experience of "quality control" their wire harnesses, I'm automatically skeptical of ALL the electronics they make. four stars! UPDATE: I'm changing this rating to one star after trying to resolve issues with the wiring harness. I bought this switch along with lightbulbs and four wire harnesses. Of those four, two were faulty with bare wires and shorts - zero quality control. Your customer service is terrible. I ignored my request for a week so I resubmitted it. Then they answered twice and now they ignore me again. This casts doubt on any promise of a 2 year warranty on switches and fittings when they don't even repair products with obvious manufacturing defects. Stick with a company that understands the meaning of words like "quality control" and "customer." Service" because apparently these guys don't.!
