If you plan to use them with treats, be aware that the pouches give off an unpleasant smell. The smell is like expired food. They definitely don't get used, but they just have that smell that will make people wonder about the goodies you put in your bag. So -3 stars because I was planning on using them for small grocery gift baskets as well. I'm also afraid that if I use it to bag clothes, the smell will get onto my clothes and get bad smell reports. There are no holes, they are also completely transparent, it is a crunchy thicker material (cellophane). I counted them too and got exactly 100. Not worth the refund as I will only refund 40% of what I paid because I have to pay for shipping back.
