The fact that I get to use my own custom stationary is great! It's very easy for me as an admin user because there are no templates included so it really makes life easier especially when you have multiple users using this product daily - they don't want things too complicated since we're not all office workers but instead salespeople who need quick notes at times throughout day everyday!! There aren’t many problems however if any do arise then support team always comes back quickly via email which was excellent from them.
