I really liked the information from the seller, which helped me to buy this charger. I've looked for MANY different adapters but none of the various retailers provided the correct product ID for my Dell computer, leading me to wonder if they are selling me the correct charger. The ID is perfect (as it should be) for my laptop and it works as it should. The charger itself seems very well made and sturdy (as you HOPE for a charger). I believe this charger will outlive the one it replaces simply because its components are heavy and well made. There are other chargers I've bought that are very poorly made as they are an electronic component (which scares me to a certain extent). It must be well made and safe. GREAT purchase and worth the money! Less cost might be great, but it's worth paying more for quality electronics!
