I increased my rating from 2 to 4 after receiving an email from Dinger the day after this post. They offered a quick replacement and apologized for the problem. Given the reviews from others, I guess I had a bad run. In my opinion, reacting quickly to a problem makes up for a lot. I am unable to obtain any of the three brands of RJ-45 connectors to insert into this product. Including the RJ-45 connector kit that came with the kit. It works with my old commercial Category 5 cables. I managed to insert one of their connectors and had to use pliers with one hand while squeezing the tab with the other hand to pull it out. Maybe just bad mileage but they returned the product and bought a different brand.
