Cheaply made but warm
11month old--the 6-12mo size too small and the 12-18month size too big. Only stays on feet because they velcro around ankles. Poor design, cheaply made (yes they are only $13 dollars). Functional enough for LO as not walking yet. They are soft, fuzzy and warm. Suede like material, similar to moccasins. No "arch" support.
