
My Phaser 6510 indicated it was going to need ink soon so I'm ordering replacement cartridges. I received the cartridges on time. I knew they were off the market but I had bought off the market before with no problem. When I wanted to replace the cartridge, I followed the instructions that came with it. One of the cartridges did not work (cyan). I keep getting a message to insert a cartridge even though it is in the printer and the ink level is full. I replaced the new cartridge with the old one, no problem except of course it's almost empty. Hoping to get a replacement, the cartridge was supposed to come with a two-year warranty, but hasn't had a response from the company yet. I will update the rating depending on the answer.
