UPDATE: Called Elite Screens customer service regarding the issue below and found that lower temperatures (even 60F) can cause the screen to shrink. They sent me a new one and the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and nice. The lesson is you have to be very careful if you pick it up outside and it's not warm enough, or they said use a hair dryer to heat it up and help it stretch. --------------- - ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW ------------- Really weird scenario because this thing is awesome and works GREAT since I bought it March 2019. I've used it about 5 times with no problems. It takes some effort to get it on the frame, but nothing special. Now I pulled it out about a week ago in about 60 degrees (F) in Dallas, Texas and the screen refused to stretch on the frame. . I used the order template provided in the instructions (corners, then sides, etc.) as I always have. But this time I had to pull as hard as I could and ask someone for help and he still couldn't pull the frame. He's really shrunk. So strange! Attached are photos of where it tore and broke when I tried to snap it onto the frame. I don't know what to do now.
