It was easy to navigate through all features from start-to finish as well as upload documents for reference later on in editing if needed. I found this software very user friendly! There were many options available but not too much customization at my disposal while using their service. This is definitely one of better programs out there (at least within our price range) when seeking an affordable transcriber for our office staff. Our billing/HR departments have been able to easily edit bills without having anyone else physically present in another state.
