The best thing about totalmed is that it has a very good customer service team. They are always willing to help out with any questions I may have. Sometimes it takes them awhile to get back to me, but they are usually quick to respond. I like that they offer many different payment options for their clients. I wish there were more ways to pay. I like that it allows me to do my work without having to be physically at my computer. It allows me to log into my account any time, day or night! There can sometimes be problems with the service when they are updating/fixing things. Sometimes I have to wait for several minutes before I am able to get back to writing my notes.
