design wonderful execution terrible. 2 main issues that would have made this a great purchase if it weren't for them. 1. Each sawed part of the accessory was sewn poorly, which means that the waist stretcher and the stretcher between the chest straps were easily torn when sewn. Fortunately, it's rarely necessary. 2. Zipper tabs ALL broke from 1 to 1 within 2 months. Zipper still works, we used 550 parachute cords and made new loops for each loop and ALL survived. Now, after working around and accepting the loss of addictive features, my teenager found the pack amazing. The faux leather is great and durable. Straps hold his full bookload. The USB charging ports are ridiculously cool and I bought an AC adapter designed for a backpack so when he gets home he'll pop in the battery and charge the tone or phone all day. He got compliments but wouldn't it be great if all of his replies talked about how awesome isn't his stitching or all his zippers ripped in just 2 months?
