This is such a simple product I didn't think it could break but they did. I received my chalk ball, opened it up and the tip rips right away because it's a more expensive version of what I could make out of an old sock, I really expected great quality. If customer service ever gets back to me I will update. Edit: I was happy to get a concerned message from their customer support about my chalk ball issue, after I informed them of the issue they sent me a replacement. To be honest, a piece of the replacement ball also broke off, so I'm giving 2 stars for the customer service, not for the product.
