I like that they use simple language which makes it easy to understand for non-technical people who are looking at their software as well! It's not very user friendly with all of its different modules so maybe there could be some consolidation in those areas? Just make sure you're getting value out your investment if this program looks right - don't get too excited by fancy graphics or flashy features; look closely into what your needs actually require from them before making any decisions about whether this fits best within your organization (and budget!). We were able to track our team members' productivity levels over time using data pulled directly through Excel rather than sending in paper forms every week/month etc., allowing us to have greater visibility across teams quickly without having multiple managers reporting back each month to one another.
