I like that they use simple language which makes it easy to understand for non-technical people who are looking at their software as well! It's not very user friendly with all of its different modules so maybe there could be some consolidation in those areas? We are using it for our online B2B eCommerce store to keep track of our pipeline status and performance metrics against those KPIs. The interface could use improvement with some more intuitive features. There seems to be no way to export data outside their system other than CSV or Excel format.
