Pretty good tool overall when used properly

We are using it for our online B2B eCommerce store to keep track of our pipeline status and performance metrics against those KPIs. The interface could use improvement with some more intuitive features. There seems to be no way to export data outside their system other than CSV or Excel format. I don't think that this application has been updated since 2013 so there might have been better applications in its time period but right now we would recommend looking at something else if you need an effective dashboard app. Keeping up with all my lead flow, emailing prospects, setting up calls/meetings, keeping notes about meetings and follow ups - it helps us stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively.
