Works great, my kettle is clean again.
I've had this kettle for years and the dirt has accumulated so ugly that I didn't know how to get rid of the unpleasant color in the window or bottom of the kettle. The kettle works really well but I felt so bad using it because of the scale and the ugly color it left behind that I wanted to throw it away (which is worse). Now I use two of these and a brush after and the teapot is really clean inside - the window isn't back to its original color but clean enough. They work great.
