This tea is delicious without sugar. I can't figure out which part of the mix gives it such a perfectly sweet aftertaste, but whatever it is: it's naturally slightly sweet. I am a heavy cannabis smoker and sometimes drink it 2-3 times a day to soothe my throat after smoking and it works great. The "cloak" is a little lighter than expected, but it's definitely reassuring. One thing I've found from drinking so much daily is that all licorice root has a mild cleansing effect. I'm not saying it's a laxative, it just makes your mornings that little bit easier lol. All in all, this is one of my favorite herbal teas and I love that it's made (semi-)locally in Sevastopol. I also enjoy their valerian root blend; falls asleep right away.
