I weigh a little under 300lbs and am over 6ft tall. I bought the chair to use on the beach. It's been in the house all winter being used for a gaming chair. I wouldn't recommend if you are too out of shape cause the chair is very low to the ground and takes balance and arm strength to get in and out of. If you don't mind the height of the chair.
