It's honestly one of my favorite things about this program as it makes scheduling so much easier in comparison to other programs I used prior which would require me to go back into reports several times throughout each week or month - not fun at all! Occasionally there are glitches where they don't update certain fields but when that happens you just have to wait until their next scheduled maintenance window and then reenter those missing data points again.

If your employer requires W2s from employees who do work outside of HR/payroll department, having an easy way to gather them without going directly into employee accounts via Excel can be very helpful. This saves time and helps ensure information accuracy across pay periods by consolidating multiple sources into one place instead of doing them manually myself every single day.
